Daniel Bortunk

Daniel Bortunk is an experienced infrastructure manager with a robust background in technology and operations management. Since March 2016, Daniel has been with AvMed as an Infrastructure Manager, overseeing technology infrastructure and business solutions while leading a team of technical engineers. Prior to AvMed, Daniel worked at Discovery Communications from June 1997 to February 2016 as a Technical Operations Manager, responsible for managing technology operations. Daniel’s earlier roles include an Engineering Consultant at ManTech International Corporation, where responsibilities included the installation and configuration of Windows NT systems, and Lead Engineering Consultant at Entex, overseeing network infrastructure and desktop support. Daniel began a career as a Network Manager at Micro Solutions, where the management of network infrastructure contributed to client growth through the establishment of an implementation department.
