Lynn Williams

Lynn Williams is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in medical management and population health. Currently serving as Vice President of Population Health at AvMed since January 2016, Lynn previously held the position of Director of Medical Management within the same organization. Prior roles include Healthcare Consultant at Huron Consulting Group and Director of Medical Management at Health First Health Plans, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and operations for a CMS 4.5 Star health plan. Lynn's earlier career includes managing the ICU, PCU, and dialysis units at Viera Hospital, overseeing their establishment and staff training. Additionally, Lynn served as a Senior Organ Recovery Coordinator for TransLife Organ Recovery Services, managing organ donation processes across 39 hospitals in Central Florida. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida and an MBA from UCF College of Business.
