Ron Eisinger is a Senior Chemical Engineer at MATRIC, where projects focus on innovative methods for CO2 capture from power plants, rubber recycling through devulcanization, and olefin polymerization since December 2009. Prior experience includes roles as Process Research Leader at Dow Chemical Co. from May 1981 to February 2009, specializing in polyolefins, gas-phase separations, fluidization, and modeling, and similar leadership positions at Union Carbide Corporation, where processes for polyethylene and EPDM rubber production were developed. The professional career commenced as a Research Engineer at General Motors from July 1971 to January 1977, concentrating on environmental science. Eisinger earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1977 and 1981.
