Cindy Wan has over 17 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as AD Total Rewards at Avnet since May 2011. Prior to this role, Cindy held the position of Associate Director for Compensation & Benefits in North Asia at Avnet Technology from the same starting date until October 2023. Previously, Cindy was the Compensation & Benefits Manager for the Asia-Pacific region at Polo Ralph Lauren from July 2009 to March 2010. Cindy's career began at LSI Corporation and LSI Logic Hong Kong, where extensive experience was gained as a Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager from 1996 to 2009. Cindy holds an M.B.A. from Edinburgh Napier University (2013-2015) and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester (2002-2004).
