Claire Senga

Claire Senga is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in talent development, diversity and inclusion, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Talent Development, Workplace Learning and Inclusion at Avnet since October 2012, Claire oversees critical global people processes and leads a diverse team across three countries. Previously, as the Senior Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion, Claire developed an extensive D&I strategy to foster an inclusive culture aligned with organizational values. Prior HR roles span positions at City Advisory Board as Board Chair of the Personnel Appeals Board, HR Consultant at Beneficial HR Services, and Regional HR Manager at Air Products. Educationally, Claire holds an MBA from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BA in Political Science/Communications from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
