Daniel Tan

Daniel Tan is a seasoned professional in talent management and training with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Management and Training at Avnet Asia Pte Ltd since January 2009, Daniel is responsible for managing talent review, assessment, and development programs, as well as organizing annual talent reviews for key stakeholders. Previously, Daniel held positions such as Director of Leadership Development and Staff Training and Senior Manager of Leadership Development within Avnet, and contributed as Membership Chair for the ASTD Global Network Singapore. Daniel's career began in training and development roles at organizations including Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore and Asia Pacific Breweries. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Training and Development from The University of Sheffield.
