Gina Teo serves as the General Counsel for Avnet in the APAC region since December 2018, leading a legal team that provides extensive legal advice on various matters including employment law, ethics and compliance, and intellectual property. Prior to this role, Gina held the position of Associate General Counsel at Avnet, overseeing commercial matters and implementing legal projects across the APAC region. Gina's legal career also includes a tenure as Regional Legal Counsel at Accenture, where responsibilities included managing complex contracts across ASEAN, and as Senior Legal Counsel at HP, focusing on significant deals in the APJ region. Earlier experience as a Senior Associate in litigation at Allen & Gledhill involved advising high-net-worth clients and handling cases in higher courts. Gina holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University of Singapore.
