Jim Cochran, CISM, CIAM, is an experienced IT professional with over two decades in the industry. Currently serving as I.T. Manager for Global Identity and Access Management at Avnet since January 2000, Jim Cochran previously held various positions at the company, including I.T. Supervisor and Senior Systems Administrator for Active Directory. Prior to Avnet, Jim Cochran worked as a Build Engineer at Insight and as a Project Manager/Field Engineer at Xerox Connect, where responsibilities included infrastructure support and managing technology refresh projects. Jim Cochran holds a B.A. in Psychology from Penn State University and has further education from La Roche University.
