Michael Walker is the Vice President and General Counsel for the Americas at Avnet, a position held since 2022. They previously served as Sr. Corporate Counsel at Republic Services from 2017 to 2021 and held multiple roles at Avnet, including Associate General Counsel from 2011 to 2022. Michael began their legal career as Section Chief at the Arizona Attorney General's Office from 2001 to 2010 and worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney from 2010 to 2011. They hold a Bachelor of Science in History from Northern Arizona University and a Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law.
