Scott Hatton is a seasoned supply chain operational management specialist with extensive experience in the electronics distribution sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Automotive Operations at Avnet since November 2006. Hatton oversees Automotive & OEM Sales Operations and Purchasing Teams within the Global Supply Chain Services team, focusing on high-value semiconductors and components for major automotive clients across EMEA, Asia, and the Americas. Previously, roles included Sales Operations Manager EMEA and Purchasing Manager at Avnet United, as well as various positions at BT, where responsibilities ranged from marketing and web design to engineering. Hatton began a freelance web design venture prior to joining Avnet.
