Danit Strassler

Danit Strassler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, hospitality, and resource development. Currently serving as a Customer Success Training & Learning Partner at Avo since January 2020, Danit has successfully created and managed onboarding and mentoring programs for teams in Tel Aviv and New York, along with a personal development program for the customer success team. Prior experience includes co-owning Ono Coffee Bar where management of a €60K annual business encompassed operations, logistics, vendor relations, and social media marketing. As the Hotel General Manager at Galanopetra Hotel, Danit oversaw all hotel operations, managing staff and guest relations. Previous roles include resource development at Ofanim NGO, and hostel management and resource development at Bridge for Youth Israel, where Danit developed and implemented educational programs. Danit's career began as an Operative & Social Manager at NA'AMAT, where recruitment and event coordination were key responsibilities. Danit holds a Bachelor's degree in Informal Education from Beit Berl College.
