April Lim

April Lim has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and business management.

In 2011, they started their career as a Business Support Assistant at Central Asia Development Group, Inc., where they worked until 2013.

April then worked as a Human Resources Executive Assistant at the National Skin Centre Singapore in 2014.

From 2015 to 2016, April worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Adept Manpower and as a Project Operation Manager at Dyna Q Asia.

In 2017, they joined ClearSK Aesthetics Pte Ltd as a Senior Manager in Operation Planning and Manpower, and remained there until 2019.

April then took on the role of Business Manager at Chiropractic Care Pte Ltd from 2020 to 2022.

In 2022, they worked at AspenHealth Singapore as a Human Resources Operations Manager before joining Avocado DAO as an HR Specialist in Resource Management, where they are currently employed.

April Lim's education history includes obtaining a Specialist Certificate in Positive Psychology from Psyrec Academy in 2022. In the same year, they also earned a Specialist Certificate in Person Centered Therapy from the same institution. Prior to that, April studied at Murdoch University from 2014 to 2015, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Human Resources Management and Management. Their field of study during this time was focused on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. April's earliest education experience was at Republic Polytechnic Singapore from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Diploma in Sonic Arts, specializing in Music Technology.
