Scott Hix

Scott Hix is the CEO at Avocor and has over 25 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry. Prior to joining Avocor, they were the Co-Founder, President & COO at SOL REPUBLIC from July 2010 to December 2014. At SOL REPUBLIC, Scott oversaw all aspects of the company including product development, marketing, sales, and operations. Scott also served as Vice Chairman at Vertigo Digital Displays from October 2009 to March 2013.

Before their work at Vertigo, Scott was the Founder and Managing Partner at TargetPath, a venture-funded startup that developed software to optimize the flow of digital content across networks. From 2000 to 2005, they were the Vice President & General Manager at InFocus Corporation where they managed worldwide sales and operations for the company's line of LCD projectors.

Scott's experience in the consumer electronics industry has been instrumental in their success at Avocor. Scott has a proven track record of developing and bringing innovative products to market, growing companies, and leading teams to success.

After Scott Hix graduated from [Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, they worked in various roles in the corporate world. Eventually, they became a professor at Portland State University.
