Erica Berlin has extensive experience in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at Avoki since April 2010, where previous roles include Service Manager Field Operations Nordic, Business Controller, Service Controller, and Project Manager. Prior to Avoki, Erica held an administrative position at G4S International from February 2004 to March 2010 and worked in alarm central services at Falck Security from May 2003 to August 2006. Erica Berlin also holds a degree in Praktisk Arbetsrätt from FEI Företagsekonomiska Institutet, completed in 2020, and attended Södertörn University from 2004 to 2005.
