Charith Fernando

Charith Fernando currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Avolta since October 2024. Previously, Charith was a Human Resources Specialist at Dufry Group from October 2018 to July 2024, where significant contributions included being a Dufry Certified Trainer and leading the Dufry Beekeeper Project and the SAP Success Factors implementation in Sri Lanka. Prior experience includes a role as Executive in Human Resources and Administration at World Duty Free from July 2014 to October 2018, focusing on HR, administration, and purchasing. Educational qualifications encompass a Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), a Master of Business Management from the University of Colombo, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Production and Technology Management from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka.
