Delfin Panos

Delfin Panos is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global Organizational Design Director at Avolta since April 2023. Prior to this role, Delfin held several leadership positions, including Global Head of Organization at Dufry Group from November 2015 to April 2023, and Global Head of Business Development at World Duty Free - WDF from September 2012 to October 2015. Delfin also served as Real Estate Managing Director at PRIVAT BANK DEGROOF, S.A.U. from July 2008 to September 2012, and as Acquisition Manager Southern Europe at ING Real Estate Investment Management from May 2005 to July 2008. Delfin holds a degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, obtained between 1991 and 1997, in ICADE E-3.
