Jerry Dinallo

Jerry Dinallo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the beverage alcohol industry. Currently serving as General Counsel for Avolta since January 2025, Jerry previously held positions including Chief Legal Officer and Legal Lead at Lobos1707 from October 2020 to June 2025. Prior to this, Jerry worked at Diageo from December 2005 to July 2020, where the role evolved through several senior positions including Vice President of Legal, Regulatory & Trade Affairs and Corporate Relations Canada. Legal expertise extends to previous roles at Pernod Ricard USA, zUniversity, Inc., and various law firms, with a comprehensive understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and strategic legal initiatives. Jerry Dinallo holds a J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a B.A. in Political Science/Economics from Fordham University.
