Joanna Jackson

Joanna Jackson is currently the Regional Marketing Director for North America at Avolta, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Joanna accumulated extensive management experience in the hospitality industry, serving as General Manager at several establishments, including Mickey and Mooch and Burhop's Crabhouse. They also contributed as a Senior Manager for Learning & Development at HMSHost from 2016 to 2019 and held roles such as Food and Beverage Director at Clarion Hotel and Assistant General Manager at Mike Ditka's. Joanna earned a B.S. in Business with a focus on Hospitality from Central Michigan University, where they studied from 1984 to 1989.
