John DiCalogero currently serves as the Deputy General Counsel at Avolta since July 2025. Prior to this role, John held the position of Assistant General Counsel at HMSHost from February 2009 to November 2025, where responsibilities included providing strategic legal advice to senior management on various operational functions and managing the litigation group. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Claims Counsel at United Educators in 2007-2008 and as an Associate at Semmes, Bowen & Semmes from 2005 to 2007. John earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law between 2001 and 2004 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina from 1996 to 2000.
