Jonathan Shotton is an accomplished entertainment professional with extensive expertise in creative leadership, production, and design across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Entertainment at Avolta, Jonathan drives innovative experiential entertainment initiatives globally. Prior to this role, Jonathan was the Creative Lead for new LEGOLAND theme parks at Merlin Entertainments, overseeing significant projects in China, and previously worked as a Creative Producer for multiple renowned attractions. Jonathan has also produced large-scale magic shows for high-profile clients and has a background in theatrical special effects design for major pantomimes. Jonathan holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Visual Effects and a Bachelor’s Degree in Event and Experience Design from the University of Kent.
