Li Wester

Li Wester is a senior HR manager with extensive experience in various sectors, including hospitality and household services. They began their career in the hotel industry, gradually progressing to management roles before serving as HR Manager and then Director of HR and Quality at Rica Hotels from 2008 to 2014. Li has held significant positions, including HR Director at Teleperformance Nordic and Manager of HR Business Partners at Hemfrid AB, where they led a newly formed HR team to enhance business alignment and streamline processes. Currently, Li is the Nordic People, Organization and Culture Director at Avolta, continuing to drive impactful HR strategies.
