Madelon Barning is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership across diverse regions in Europe. Currently serving as the People and Culture leader for Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe at Avolta since August 2024, Madelon previously worked at Zoom as a People Experience Manager for EMEA, where the focus was on fostering limitless connection. Madelon’s career includes a significant tenure at Starbucks Coffee EMEA BV from 2002 to January 2020, where responsibilities encompassed the full employee lifecycle as an HR Manager and included a role as Partner Resources Associate. Prior experience also includes a position as an HR Senior Associate at Starbucks and serving as an Electronic Media Manager at SigmaKalon. Madelon holds an HBO University degree attained between 2003 and 2005, following earlier education at Huygenwaard from 1977 to 1985.
