Milanka Faasse

Milanka Faasse is currently serving as the EMEA Head of Learning, Training and Development at Avolta since September 2023. With extensive experience in the hospitality sector, Milanka has held various roles at HMSHost International since September 2012, including International Learning and Development Manager, and previously worked as an HR Advisor and Training Coordinator at Fletcher Landgoed Hotel Renesse from September 2009 to August 2012. Prior roles include significant positions at Marriott International, where Milanka served as Cluster Training Manager, Front Office Manager, and Regional Director of Training, facilitating training across Europe and managing teams of up to 40 people. Milanka began a career in the hospitality industry in 1993, holding various positions and has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Hotelschool The Hague, along with an International Baccalaureate from UWC South East Asia.
