Natasha Giles, MBA, is a strategic and people-first Chief People Officer with over 15 years of experience in human capital management. They have worked across diverse environments, including small businesses and large global corporations, focusing on leadership development, organizational design, and employee experience. Currently serving as the People Director at Avolution, Natasha has previously held significant roles, such as Regional People and Culture Director at Les Mills UK and Chief People Officer at Channel 3 Consulting, where they contributed to key initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as talent management. Natasha is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management at Wrexham Glyndŵr University and continues to be committed to fostering cultures that prioritize curiosity, accountability, and care in the workplace.
