Brian Boone

Brian Boone has worked in the technology industry for over 18 years. Brian began their career in 2002 as a Technical Support Representative at Middle Tennessee State University. In 2008, they joined Sy.Med Development, Inc. as a Software Specialist, where they utilized and enhanced their customer service, SQL Server, technical writing, software testing, and sales skills. In 2013, they moved to Correct Care Solutions as an IT L2 Support and Applications Team Lead and Production Support Specialist. Brian was responsible for database-level and post-implementation application configuration, L2 end-user support, and application defect root cause analysis. In 2018, they joined SP+ (SP Plus) as a Technical Support Analyst, where they advanced troubleshooting of application issues to identify the root cause. Brian currently works as a Senior System Application Engineer at Avolve Software.

Brian Boone attended Houston County High School from 1996 to 2000. Brian then attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2002 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Computer Information Systems.
