Jay Shah has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. In 2013, they were a Sales Executive at King Pack All, where they managed a family-owned retail business, negotiated pricing contracts with vendors, set prices, invoiced customers, managed inventory, and ensured timely delivery of goods. In 2016, they were a Customer Support Representative at Haptik, where they managed flight, train and hotel bookings, scheduled to-do lists, set reminders for clients, identified customer needs, and helped customers use specific features. In 2017, they were the Founder of Maarri Beverages, where they bootstrapped a plant-based startup, managed finance, sales, and operations, and conducted research and development on plant-based beverages. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Customer Support Specialist at OK Roger, where they prioritized, streamlined, and managed live chat and email support, end-to-end travel for road-warriors, managed critical requests and escalations, and performed effective problem solving in a fast paced SaaS environment. In 2022, they will become a Customer Success at Avoma.

Jay Shah attended the University of Mumbai from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Marketing.
