Mark Clermont

Mark Clermont is the current advisor at avoMD. Mark has also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Lumeon from July 2019 to January 2021 and the Managing Director at MAC Health Consulting from January 2019 to July 2020. Prior to that, they were the President at Provant from November 2015 to December 2018.

At Provant, Mark was responsible for providing vision and leadership with full responsibility for bottom-line results, including commercial, product, operations and information technology, with general oversight of 450 employees. Mark successfully led the company through its sale to Quest Diagnostics Inc. in the fourth quarter of 2018.

Mark has extensive experience in advising companies and private equity investors on healthcare services and health information technology with a focus on employer and health plan-driven strategies in population health, value-based care and chronic disease programming. Mark is known for their ability to assist with business strategy, commercial engagement, due diligence for transactions, and retainer relationships.

Mark Clermont attended Northeastern University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and Finance. Prior to that, they attended Saint John's High School.
