Nick Frey

Nick Frey is the Founder and Managing Director of Avomind, a global firm specializing in the recruitment of commercial, strategy, and analytics talent. Under Nick's leadership since May 2019, Avomind has established a robust global network across multiple cities and partnered with over 200 academic and tech institutions. Prior to Avomind, Nick served at Atheneum from April 2011 to September 2019, where as Director of Global Operations and Head of Americas, significant revenue growth and operational efficiency were achieved, alongside the establishment of multiple operational hubs worldwide. Nick's experience also includes project management for PRO TEMPRE INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS GMBH and various roles at Atheneum that focused on international market engagements. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Kuban State University.
