Amanda Long

Amanda Long is an accomplished professional in regulatory affairs, currently serving as Executive Director of APAC & EMEA Regulatory Affairs at Avon since February 2007. In this role, Amanda provides strategic leadership for regulatory compliance across Avon's Cosmetics, Fashion, and Home portfolio in multiple regions, including Asia, Europe, EAEU, the Middle East, and Africa. Amanda's extensive experience includes previous positions as Executive Director of EMEA Regulatory Affairs & Global Product Integrity Engineering and Director of EMEA Regulatory Affairs, where responsibilities spanned product safety, quality assurance, and technical engineering support. Prior to joining Avon, Amanda held the position of Research and Regulatory Manager at BLC Leather Technology Centre, overseeing research projects and regulatory compliance efforts. Amanda holds a PhD in Material Science (Leather Technology) from the University of Leicester and a BSc in Chemistry & Physics from Aston University.
