Beata Sikora

Beata Sikora is a Global Portfolio Program Manager at Avon, where they manage and implement manufacturing IT solutions and drive productivity improvements using Lean Manufacturing practices. With prior experience as a Production Supervisor and Project Leader at Avon Operations Polska, they were responsible for the successful implementation of the MES project in Russia. Beata holds a Master’s Degree in Economics with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Uczelnia Warszawska im. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie and completed postgraduate studies in Logistics Management at L.Koźmiński Business School.
