Blanka Csendes is an Agile Coach and Leadership Advisor with extensive experience in agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Currently, Blanka works at Avon as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master Team Lead, where they support agile teams in maximizing value and facilitating communication within and outside the teams. Previously, Blanka led complex IT projects at E.ON Hungária Zrt. and managed international projects at Fintage House, developing IT solutions for diverse business areas. Blanka holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dutch/Flemish Language and Literature and a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Eötvös Loránd University.
