Claudia Munteanu

Claudia Munteanu is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within the Avon organization. Currently serving as Europe FP&A Controller since April 2020, Claudia previously held positions such as CEE Finance Controller, where responsibilities included supporting strategic financial goals across a $600 million revenue region and managing a team of two. Claudia's career at Avon began in 2002 and spanned various roles and regions, including serving as CE Finance Controller and CEE Senior Finance Analyst, contributing to the development of reporting tools and monitoring financial performance. Claudia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Marketing from “Romano-Americana” University and is certified in Management Accounting through CIMA.
