Eileen Higgins has extensive experience in product development and innovation within the beauty industry, currently serving as a Consultant for Estee Lauder Companies since October 2012, focusing on packaging innovation. Prior to this, Eileen held the position of Vice President of Global Product Innovation at Avon Products, Inc. since 2003, and has been with Avon since 2002. Eileen's career also includes leadership roles as Vice President of Product Development at L'Oreal/Ralph Lauren Fragrances from 2000 to 2004 and at L'Oreal's Maybelline Division from 2000 to 2003, as well as serving as Vice President of Product Development at Revlon from 1995 to 1999. Eileen's academic background includes studies at Saint Peter's University, which commenced in 1977.
