Joel Santos is currently the APAC and CE Cluster Service Manager at Avon, bringing over 20 years of experience in technology infrastructure, IT services, and IT security. With a strong background in project management, they have successfully led high-value business solutions and managed teams ranging from 8 to 15 professionals. Previously, they served in various capacities at companies like PMFTC Inc. and Philip Morris, where they drove critical infrastructure projects and maintained stringent IT security controls. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Adamson University, where they studied both in the 1980s and are presently enrolled.
