Olga Bystrova is a Strategy & Change Manager with extensive experience in driving strategy, transformation, and process optimization across various industries. Currently, they serve as a Business Strategy Manager at Avon, where they design corporate strategies and lead process optimization programs. Previously, Olga worked at Sova Capital, where they achieved significant milestones, including the development of a comprehensive ESG strategy and the automation of tasks through Excel VBA.
