Rajeev Gupta

Rajeev Gupta is currently the Vice President at Avon, overseeing human resources, industrial relations, and administration. Previously, Rajeev served as the GM of HR and Administration at ACCLTD from 1985 to 2018, where they managed employee engagement, contract labor, and legal compliance while resolving various cases up to the High Court. Rajeev began their career as a Management Trainee at Kelvinator of India Ltd. in 1984. They hold multiple degrees, including an MSW in Human Resources Management and an MBA in Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University and Delhi University.
