Shellene Ibrahim

Shellene Ibrahim serves as an RCM Supervisor - Production Control at Radiology Partners, overseeing the front-end Revenue Cycle team which manages demographic and charge capture information, physician and payor mapping, and clean claim submissions since September 2024. Additionally, Shellene has been self-employed with Lovenblessings since October 2020 and has held the position of Lead Sales Representative at Avon since August 2006. Shellene's previous experience includes serving as a Claims Submission Supervisor at QSI Nextgen Healthcare, where responsibilities included managing claims submission processes and ensuring quality assurance standards from August 2005 to March 2024, as well as roles in medical billing and accounts receivable at NextGen Healthcare and other organizations. Shellene holds a Certificate in Front Desk Medical Receptionist from Catonsville Community College and a Diploma in Information Systems Management from the Western School of Technology and Environmental Science.
