Violet Mathumba

Violet Mathumba is a Senior Divisional Sales Manager for the SADC/SACU regions at Avon, a role held since 2022, where they focus on mentoring and expanding the sales force. Previously, Violet excelled as a Senior Divisional Sales Manager at Avon from 2015 to 2021, leading the Limpopo Division and ensuring that performance targets were met. Violet has also held positions as a Customer Service Manager at Saicom and a CSI and Training Officer at Transunion, where they were instrumental in training and customer engagement. They completed a Certificate in Middle Managers and Leadership Development at Regenesys in 2022.
