Keith C.

Keith C. serves as the Senior Vice President of Government Relations at Avōq since May 2021, following the merger of Subject Matter and Kivvit in 2023, which led to the rebranding of Subject Matter as Avoq in 2024. Prior to this role, Keith worked at Subject Matter from May 2021 until its merger in January 2024. Keith’s extensive background includes positions as General Counsel in the Office of Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand from January 2013 to June 2021, and serving as Senior Advisor and Policy Director for Gillibrand For President in 2019. Keith also held the role of Economic Policy Advisor for Representative Bill Pascrell, Jr. from February 2010 to January 2013. Early career experiences include roles as a Law Clerk at Asher, Gittler & D'Alba, Ltd., a Summer Clerk at McGuireWoods Consulting, and a Project Assistant at Sidley Austin LLP. Keith holds a JD in Employment & Labor and Political Advocacy from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BA in Political Science and Art History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
