Derek Lim

Derek Lim is an experienced professional in engineering and product management within the mobile advertising and game development industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Ad Operations at AVOW GmbH, Derek has played a key role in establishing the company as a leader in mobile OEM advertising since July 2018. Prior to this, Derek held multiple positions at Glispa from September 2016 to June 2018, including Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, and Technical Account Manager, where responsibilities involved strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing product development initiatives. Derek began the career as a Client Engineer at Gumi Asia Pte Ltd from May 2014 to August 2016, focusing on game development using Unity 3D, and also gained early experience as an intern at PD Design Studios. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Games Design from Digipen Institute of Technology Singapore and additional education from Nanyang Polytechnic.
