Nischitha Gowda

Nischitha Gowda has extensive experience in account management and talent acquisition, currently serving as an Account Manager at Group Avows since December 2017. In this role, Nischitha manages customer accounts, negotiates contracts, and fosters strong client relationships. Previously, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and Talent Acquisition Consultant, Nischitha oversaw recruitment initiatives across multiple Southeast Asian countries, managing the full recruitment life cycle and training team members in recruitment processes. Nischitha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology and has completed secondary education at St Ann's High School and St Joseph's Pre-University College.
