Пэйлин Chen Чэнь currently serves as the Head of Operations and Senior Associate for China at AVPN since September 2023. Simultaneously, since March 2021, Пэйлин has held the position of Director and Executive Secretary at KANGXING Foundation and co-founded Shimmer SDGs Hub, where over 15 innovation activities have been organized, impacting more than 50,000 individuals across Asia. Previous roles include Project Coordination Manager at Innovation HUB Tec-China and participation in the Overseas Women Protection Project with Social Responsibility Practitioners. Пэйлин's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Kazan State University and language training in Russian from Northeast Normal University. Additional studies include a summer program in Business/Managerial Economics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Social Entrepreneurship course at Watson Institute.
