Debrah Jiang

Debrah Jiang currently serves as Chief of Staff at AVPN, driving the organization's strategic vision and coordinating key initiatives, including the AVPN Global Conference 2024. Prior to this role, Debrah held positions such as Senior Manager at AVPN's Capital Mobilisation team, focusing on building ecosystems for impactful capital flow. Debrah's experience also includes Senior Manager for Corporate Partnerships at the National University of Singapore, where innovative startup programs were developed. Earlier roles involved leading the Young Social Entrepreneurs Programme at the Singapore International Foundation, managing initiatives in cultural exchange, and directing visual arts development at the National Arts Council. Debrah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts Management from LASALLE College of the Arts.
