Elsa Varghese

Elsa Varghese is currently the Director of HR for Asia, Europe, and Australia at AVPN, where they focus on talent acquisition, performance management, and building HR strategies. Previously, they held various HR roles, including Director of Talent Development at FleishmanHillard and HR Generalist at Galderma, where significant achievements included reducing attrition rates and revamping HR policies. Elsa began their HR career as an Executive at Tata AIG and progressed through roles at Demag AG and Scorpio Marine Management, developing expertise in stakeholder relationship management and effective recruitment strategies. They completed their education at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
