Joost Hoevers

Joost Hoevers is an experienced Oracle HCM and APEX consultant with expertise primarily in the Oracle E-Business Suite, focusing on HR and Payroll modules. Currently, Joost works at Popay since August 2016, serving various clients, including Sociale Verzekeringsbank and Radboudumc, as a consultant for Oracle EBS and APEX.
