AVROK Biosciences is a CAP and CLIA-accredited molecular laboratory that is primarily focused on Next Gen Sequencing (NGS) services, particularly as applied to cancer and infectious diseases.

AVROK was founded by experts in genetic testing and research. Our team consists of industry experts who have dedicated their careers to science and medicine, with over 50 years of combined experience in oncology research and diagnostics.

We have extensive experience with molecular assay development utilizing quantitative real-time PCR, microarray, and next generation sequencing. We are focused on translating PCR, NGS, and Microarray research assays into Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs). We also performs research testing services.

AVROK is equipped to support both research and CAP/CLIA compliant projects that depend on NGS and other ‘Omics’ data.

We develop CLIA and FDA approved laboratory tests for cancer and infectious disease. AVROK also develops novel, first-in-class assays for research or clinical use, from concept through pilot testing and SOP development to CAP/CLIA laboratory test, including bioinformatic analysis and report generation.

All AVROK studies are platform independent: the assay requirements determine choice of platform and associated reagents. Custom assays can and are developed to meet customer needs.

AVROK utilizes a wide range of robotics to both increase throughput and capacity, without compromising the quality of data.

We have established a robust Quality Management System following the Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) and College of American Pathologists (CAP) guidelines.
