Founded in 2015 by Mr. Ajay Kumar Pandey Advocate and Mr. Vikas Sharma Advocate, the firm combines strong litigation capability with corporate and transactional expertise. With over 30 years of practice, Mr. Pandey, the Managing Partner of the firm has got expertised in handling complex civil and commercial matters, drafting and vetting of agreements and advising the corporate clients. He appeared before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, arbitral tribunals, the NCLT and district courts, handling civil, commercial, banking, tax, criminal and environmental matters. He represented departments of the Government of NCT of Delhi in several matters, including cases for the Delhi Police, Excise Department and PWD. Since February 2022, he has been representing the Union of India before Delhi High Court and the NCDRC in various matters involving Ministries such as Revenue, Finance, BSF, CRPF, CISF, the Indian Army, MEA, MCA, Indian Railways, SSC, Labour and Housing. Since March 2023, he also represents the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change before the NGT, Principal Bench.

With over 23 years of experience, Mr. Vikas Sharma has expertise in Criminal matters including CBI cases and also heads corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory approvals, commercial transactions, real estate and infrastructure projects, strengthening the firm's ability to offer end-to-end legal support.
