Avsar Realty

Opportunity, Designed to Endure.

Avsar Realty, formerly Spring City Group, is a Kolkata-based real estate company built on a 40-year legacy of enterprise and guided by a contemporary, design-led vision. Rooted in trust, long-term thinking, and capital discipline, the Group was founded on a simple belief: real estate should be defined by reliability, not rhetoric. As our ambitions evolved, so did our identity, giving rise to Avsar Realty as a platform to build with greater clarity, intent, and purpose.

The name Avsar, meaning “Opportunity,” reflects how we approach our work. Every project, every partnership, and every customer represents an opportunity to do things the right way, an opportunity to rebuild faith in real estate, and an opportunity to create value that endures well beyond delivery.

Today, Avsar Realty is led by Mr. Shreyash Goyal, representing the next generation of leadership. His globally informed perspective brings strategic discipline, design sensitivity, and contemporary thinking to development, while remaining deeply anchored in the values established by the founding generation. The Group continues to benefit from the four decades of stewardship of Shri Vijay Kumar Goyal, whose experience and measured approach to growth remain integral to Avsar’s philosophy.
At its core, Avsar Realty believes that meaningful real estate is shaped by a careful understanding of land, light, proportion, material, and context. Architecture is approached as a long-term framework for living and working, not as an aesthetic statement alone. Design decisions are deliberate, functional, and human-centric, ensuring spaces that feel intuitive, balanced, and timeless.
