Damian Cross has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Damian started their career as a Cost Analyst Intern at Fulton Thermal Corporation in 2017, where they developed a pricing configuration tool and documented labor and burden costs. In 2018, they joined Medtronic as an R&D Intern, collaborating on the design and development of surgical devices. Damian then worked at the Johns Hopkins University as a Project Engineer, where they contributed to the design and optimization of various medical devices. In 2019, Damian Cross joined Medtronic again as an R&D Engineer I, and later, in 2021, they worked as a Medical Device Engineer at Cornerstone Robotics Limited. Most recently, they have assumed the role of R&D Engineer II at AVS Pulse starting in 2023.
