Stewart Grayson has a diverse work experience in the defense and security industry. Stewart began their career at Alenia Marconi Systems as a Lead Systems Engineer in 1987, where they worked for 14 years. Stewart then joined SAIC in 2001 and held various roles including Chief Engineer and CTO for the Virtual Training Systems Operation until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Carley Corporation as the Chief Engineer. In 2013, they joined AVT Simulation as the Vice President of Engineering. Currently, Stewart Grayson is working at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, starting as a Senior Project Engineer in 2017 and currently serving as the Director of Engineering.

Stewart Grayson began their education in 1984 at The University of Salford, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Electronics and Computer Systems. Stewart completed this program in 1988. Following this, in 2002, Stewart attended Webster Vienna Private University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Distributed Computer Systems. This program concluded in 2004.
